ORDER
Purchases can be made online on the official website, via Customer Service, or vvivre Assistance.
It is possible to modify or cancel an order within 5 working days from the purchase by sending a written communication. After this period, modifications or cancellations will not be accepted, or they may incur additional costs. In case of a pricing error, the company may refuse or cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full.

PAYMENT METHODS
Bank transfer (deposit at the time of order and balance when the goods are available) or credit card (full payment at the time of order, via SSL protocol) or cash.

DELIVERY TERMS

  1. Pickup at the vvivre Warehouse – The customer can pick up their order for free at our warehouse, by appointment with Vvivre Customer Service and Assistance. Pickup takes place at the vvivre warehouse in the Republic of San Marino.

  2. Home Delivery (via authorized courier) – vvivre offers free management of home delivery, entrusting it – in the name and on behalf of the customer – to an authorized courier/transportation service. Pickup of goods occurs at the vvivre warehouse in the Republic of San Marino. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

TRANSPORT TERMS
Transportation is entrusted to third-party couriers and carriers. Costs vary based on volume, weight, and destination. Deliveries to difficult areas (islands, historic centers, pedestrian zones, etc.) may involve surcharges.
All prices are in euros, and without Incoterm DDU (excluding customs duties). Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If access is complex, the customer must notify in advance. Delivery will be to the ground floor. Vvivre works with European partners for couriers and transporters, prioritizing sustainable operators and eco-friendly packaging.

AT DELIVERY
The customer must inspect the packaging and the product in the presence of the courier. In case of damage or anomalies, written and specific reservations must be made on the delivery document, and photographs of the damage must be taken. Without clear reservations, claims will not be possible.

ORDER AVAILABILITY AND PREPARATION TIMES
After order confirmation, Vvivre typically takes 3–4 weeks to make the goods available for shipping or pickup at our warehouse. This time is necessary to coordinate with suppliers and partner warehouses, confirm product availability, and perform a thorough quality and functional check on each item. All vvivre products undergo visual and structural inspections to ensure the highest quality, safety, and aesthetic compliance before delivery. Our goal is to ensure that each piece of furniture reaches the customer in perfect condition, fully respecting the values of transparency, sustainability, and craftsmanship that define Vvivre. Any changes to availability times will be promptly communicated by our Customer Service and Assistance.

WARRANTY
All products sold by Vvivre are covered by the legal conformity warranty as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and applicable European regulations, protecting the end customer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural faults, or non-compliance found during normal use of the product and starts from the purchase date indicated on the invoice. It is therefore essential to keep a copy of the invoice for the warranty's validity. Other Vvivre products are covered by warranties ranging from 2 to 10 years, depending on the type, materials, and technical specifications of the item. In case of a confirmed defect, the product or its defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, subject to availability and production compatibility.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer can request a proportional refund, as provided by applicable law.
Exclusions from the warranty include damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications; natural wear, exposure to light or heat; aesthetic or material changes due to the artisanal nature of the product or natural materials (wood, leather, marble, fabrics). For any warranty intervention or post-sale assistance, the customer can contact Vvivre Customer Service and Assistance at contact@vvivre.com, providing the order number and any photographic documentation.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY ASSISTANCE
The product can be repaired at the customer's expense, upon prior estimate.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (PURCHASER)
The customer may withdraw within 14 days from receipt, without penalties, by providing written notice. This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products. The return is at the customer's expense and must be in perfect condition. Any damages will proportionally reduce the refund. The refund will be processed within 30 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (SELLER)
The company retains ownership of the goods until full payment is made and may cancel the contract if the customer does not fulfill their obligations.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
The data is processed in compliance with regulations, solely for operational and commercial communication purposes. The customer can request rectification, deletion, or anonymization of their data by writing to the company address.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES
Vvivre adopts an environmental policy aimed at minimizing the impact of its activities and promoting sustainable practices. The company prioritizes the reuse of unsold or display products, giving them a second life, thus reducing waste and resource consumption. All company processes – procurement, storage, and distribution – are managed according to criteria of efficiency and environmental respect. Vvivre also commits to collaborating with suppliers and partners who share sustainability values. We choose eco-sustainable partners for production and logistics.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Vvivre, as the data controller, collects and uses customer personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) exclusively for contractual purposes and the fulfillment of legal obligations. The company implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data. Customers can exercise their rights under the GDPR by consulting the full privacy notice available on the Vvivre website or by requesting it directly from the data controller.
